Manchester United have ‘zero interest’ in selling one star and have rejected a £30 million plus offer for him.

The Reds are expected to be busy in the coming weeks of the transfer market, with Joshua Zirkzee and Matthijs de Ligt expected to sign.

However, sales will also be crucial to the club’s success in the window. INEOS are walking a financial tightrope due to overspending previous windows.

Due to this, there are many players that United are open to selling for the right price this summer, but it appears that Amad Diallo is not one of them.

According to HITC, an unnamed European ‘giant’ was prepared to take Amad from United for over £30 million.

However, the Reds have ‘zero interest’ in letting Amad go, and he is now deemed crucial to the first team by manager Erik ten Hag.

It was also stated that the Old Trafford outfit is working to secure a new contract for Amad, whose current deal expires at the end of next season.

The club’s new sporting director, Dan Ashworth, is addressing contract issues, having recently finalised the new deal for Ten Hag.

Amad signed for United in January 2021, but opportunities in the first team have been few and far between since then.

After a successful loan spell at Sunderland in 2022/23, Amad suffered a serious knee injury in the following pre-season that kept him out of action until December.

He had to wait until the end of last season to get a serious chance under Ten Hag, and he seriously impressed in the final games of the Premier League campaign.
