Facundo Pellistri has been linked with a move to the Dutch league as Anthony Martial has expressed that he is not interested in a move away from Old Trafford, despite interest from several clubs.

PSV Eindhoven are interested in signing winger Facundo Pellistri, a player who has been heavily linked with a move this January.

According to Sky Sports, PSV have approached Manchester United over the possibility of a deal for the 22-year-old, with the Daily Mail further adding that this would be a loan deal.

The Uruguayan international was recently included as part of a rejected swap deal for Sporting Lisbon’s Morten Hjulmand, showing that the Red Devils feel that now may be the time to move the youngster on.

Pellistri has featured just 12 times in all competitions this season for Manchester United and has managed just one assist in this time.

With just 18 months left on his contract, Erik ten Hag will be eager to secure a move for the Uruguayan as soon as possible to decide if he is to be part of the club’s future plans.

Meanwhile, French international Anthony Martial has rejected interest from Marseille, Fenerbache and Saudi Arabian clubs as the striker wants to stay and fight for his place in Erik ten Hag’s squad.

Although Martial has featured in 17 matches this season for Manchester United, he started just seven of those and managed only one goal and one assist in the 500 minutes he played up front for the Red Devils.

Despite talks with Martial and his agent, United are unlikely to trigger the one-year extension included in the Frenchman’s contract – which expires this summer – and the player is expected to leave on a free transfer on 30 June.
