Mason Greenwood “says yes” to European transfer, Man United offered player swap transfer
Mason Greenwood has reportedly given the green light for a transfer to Serie A giant Juventus, who are set to offer Manchester United a player swap in return.
Mason Greenwood‘s future is set to become one of the major talking points for Manchester United this summer as INEOS seek to raise funds. Last month’s reports revealed that selling Greenwood has become the club’s top priority this summer as they aim to gather money to enhance Erik ten Hag‘s squad.
After Greenwood was initially charged with allegations of domestic abuse, he was suspended from playing for United, pending investigation.

Although the CPS eventually dropped the case, United conducted their own internal review and decided it was best for the English winger to continue his career elsewhere.
Initially, the club considered bringing him back to Old Trafford, but fan pressure after this information was leaked forced them to reconsider
Greenwood then went on loan to La Liga club Getafe, where he has had a successful season, playing 36 times, scoring 10 goals, and providing six assists.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, via iBiancoNero, Greenwood has now “said yes” to Serie A club Juventus through those close to him – he is open to the transfer.
The report explains that United want between £30 and 34 million for Greenwood this summer as INEOS looks to raise funds, which Juventus consider excessive. Hence, the Serie A club is studying including players in a potential deal.
One name mentioned is Samuel Iling Junior. The English 20-year-old grew up in the academies of Chelsea and Juventus and now plays as both a left-back and a left-winger.
Federico Chiesa is another name that the report says to pay attention to. Chiesa “will leave immediately” if he does not renew his contract at the Allianz Stadium.
