According to Fabrizio Romano, Manchester United confirmed their intention to sign Mount in the last few days.

It is said that the club know that Mount is ready to say yes and have sent a positive message to Mount, saying it is time to wait now because of difficult negotiations with Chelsea.

Meanwhile, recent reports have suggested that Jadon Sancho might be for sale this summer.

It is said that Tottenham are considering a £50 million offer for the player – and United may be able to use this to make a deal for Harry Kane.

Borussia Dortmund are also reported to be interested in re-signing the player on loan.
