Manchester United will travel to Luton Town as they look to make it four Premier League wins in a row on Sunday afternoon.

In the early months of 2024, Manchester United have enjoyed impressive performances, securing victories in five out of six matches across various competitions, including a notable three consecutive wins in the Premier League against Wolves, West Ham, and Aston Villa.

The team, led by Erik ten Hag, aims to extend their unbeaten run as they gear up to take on Luton Town this Sunday.

The upcoming match at Kenilworth Road marks United’s first league visit to the venue in 32 years. The Premier League have confirmed who will be taking control of the game.

Match Referee

David Coote will be the man with the whistle at Kenilworth Road on Sunday. The experienced referee has taken charge of just one United game so far this season, a 4-2 win over Newport County away from home last month.

He has brandished 69 yellow cards this season and three red cards, with one of these coming as a result of two yellows, and was in control of VAR during United’s 2-1 win over Aston Villa last weekend.

Assistant Referees

Simon Bennett and Tim Wood will be flanking Coote on Sunday, as the two act as linesmen for the tie.

Video Assistant Referees (VAR)

The lead operator in the VAR room will be Jarred Gillett, with Marc Perry as his assistant on the screens.

Gillett was the match official when Manchester United defeated Wolverhampton Wanderers 4-3 in the dying moments, thanks to a spectacular winning goal from Kobbie Mainoo.

Fourth Official

The man in between Erik ten Hag and Rob Edwards will be Tom Bramall.
