Erik ten Hag to hand Manchester United player ‘one more season’ before considering axe
Erik ten Hag is reportedly set to hand Jadon Sancho one more season to impress at Old Trafford before he considers selling the player.
Jadon Sancho has had a mixed first two seasons at Manchester United after playing under three different managers.
Initially brought in under Ole Gunnar Solskjær, Sancho had a fairly calm start to life, however, failed to nail down a spot under the Norweigan.

Once Ralf Rangnick came in, Sancho had moments of great form sprinkled within a pretty dire few months across the whole squad.
Under Erik ten Hag, Sancho started life well, scoring against Liverpool and Leicester City, but after he lost his place on the right-hand side to Antony coupled with off-the-field issues, Sancho failed to gain his spot back.
Ten Hag made the choice to send Sancho to a rehabilitation camp during the 2022 World Cup break, and Sancho has since been a regular part of the squad, however, has failed to regain his best form.
Although some fans are advocating for Sancho to be sold this summer to raise funds, the Dutch manager’s current intention are to give the English winger one more season to prove himself at the club.
This is according to Jacque Talbot, who claims that unless a “huge offer” arrives for Sancho this summer, he will continue in Ten Hag’s squad for next season.
It has been previously reported that United would consider offers of around £45 million for the winner, with Borrusia Dortmund interested.
