Premier League forward mocks Man United star after FA Cup win vs Coventry
Brentford striker Neal Maupay has mocked one Manchester United player after their FA Cup victory against Coventry City.
The Reds progressed to the FA Cup final after their penalty shootout win against the Championship side on Sunday.
However, United’s game turned upside down after they found themselves throwing away a three-goal lead in the second half and almost conceding a last-gasp 121st-minute goal after the game was forced into extra time.

Fortunately for Erik ten Hag and his side, VAR chalked the goal off as offside, and they went on to win the shootout after some smart moments from André Onana in net.
After Rasmus Højlund’s winning goal, Antony ran in front of the Coventry squad with his hands to his ears. Many have since criticised the “classless” celebrations.
The Brazilian winger seemed to be responding to one of the Coventry players who did a similar celebration in front of the United supporters earlier in the game.
However, the manner of the match and Antony’s difficulties at Old Trafford since his £85 million move from Ajax made it an unusual move from the winger.
Brentford forward Neil Maupay has been known for similar behaviour in recent years. He was on the bench when he kicked the ball away from Cole Palmer, who was setting up a free-kick up.
However, the 27-year-old has turned to X, formally known as Twitter, to mock Antony’s actions against Coventry. He claims that even he wouldn’t have celebrated like that.
Maupay wrote: “Just for the record, not even I would do this,” as he quote-tweeted a video of Antony’s celebration.
The Brazilian forward has two goals and two assists this season and has been involved in 34 games.
