Tottenham interested in swoop for Manchester United’s Jadon Sancho with winger’s price set
Tottenham Hotspur are said to be considering making an attempt to sign Jadon Sancho this summer.
Jadon Sancho has had a mixed season at Manchester United under Erik ten Hag last season.
He started in fantastic fashion, scoring against Liverpool and Leicester City, however, his form quickly tailed off and he was demoted to the bench.
During the World Cup break, Ten Hag organised a program for Sancho where he worked with a team of trainers and psychologists in order to give Sancho a fresh start.
Since the return of domestic football in December 2022 he has been a part of Ten Hag’s front three, playing a rotational role with Marcus Rashford and Antony on either wing.
It has been reported by the Daily Star that Tottenham are now considering a £50 million bid for the English winger.
This coincides with reports that Borussia Dortmund are willing to explore the option of taking Jadon Sancho back – although it is stipulated that they would only be willing to take the player back on loan.
The report further states that for United to want to do business, a bid would need to be in the higher region of around £60 million.
