Rasmus Højlund joined Manchester United from Atalanta in August 2023 for £64 million, with potential add-ons of £8 million, making him one of the club’s most expensive signings. 
In his debut season, he scored 10 Premier League goals and added five in the Champions League, contributing to United’s 2024 FA Cup victory. However, after a challenging 2024/25 season, he left on loan to Napoli.
