Sir Dave Brailsford’s moment with Luton star detailed as INEOS make Erik ten Hag decision
Sir Dave Brailsford spared a moment with one Luton Town player following Manchester United’s 2-1 win at Kenilworth Road.
Brailsford, 59, was present for United’s fifth win in a row on Sunday evening, but Erik ten Hag’s side did not make easy work of the Premier League encounter.

The INEOS chief has been at every game since Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s investment was confirmed in late December, and this was the first game following the ratification of the deal through Premier League authorities.
Rasmus Hojlund’s brace was enough to secure another three points and claw United closer to the top four.
Following the game, it was detailed by Simon Peach that Brailsford congratulated every United player and staff member on their victory as they made their way to the team bus.
It was also explained that he greeted Luton Town midfielder Ross Barkley, with the pair sharing a hug. Barkley was signed on a free transfer at INEOS-led OGC Nice last season before making his return to the Premier League in the summer.
He has been one of Luton’s best players this season and is arguably one of the Premier League signings of the summer.
Meanwhile, new information from David Ornstein has emerged following the game. The experienced journalist claims that INEOS are ‘fond’ of Ten Hag and are looking to build the future with him for the time being.
The United boss has experienced major difficulties this term, but results have started to turn in his favour recently.
Yet, many believe that there also needs to be major changes in the performance levels of United.
