A Premier League Supercomputer has predicted the outcome of the 2023/24 Premier League campaign, with Manchester United finishing in the Champions League positions yet again.

Erik ten Hag’s side finished third in the league this term after securing their position on the final day with a win against Fulham.

They also have an FA Cup final against Manchester City awaiting to possibly achieve a domestic cup double, alongside the Carabao Cup, as well as the opportunity to thwart Pep Guardiola’s team’s Treble charge.

In the upcoming campaign, United fans will be hoping to see the team challenge for the title. There are multiple things needed for that to happen. A top level striker is needed, however, Harry Kane’s latest comments have cast doubts over a potential move to Old Trafford for him.

LegalSportsbooks have used a supercomputer to determine the end-of-season league table for 2023/24 by formulating a range of informative outright odds markets.

The predicter’s outcome saw United finish in fourth place, a position that many would be disappointed with if it were to happen. Another unfavourable outcome was Manchester City winning the title again – for a fourth time in a row.

The rest of the top four was made up of Arsenal (2nd) and Liverpool (3rd), whilst Newcastle (5th) and Chelsea (6th) made up the positions finishing in Europa League spots.

Tottenham Hotspur, Harry Kane’s current employers, are said to finish seventh and secure the last European spot for the Conference League.

The relegated sides that the supercomputer predicted sees two promoted teams go back down in Luton Town (20th) and Sheffield United (19th), as well as Bournemouth (18th), who escaped the drop with time to spare this term.
