Jack Butland is set to undergo a medical with Manchester United this Thursday ahead of his proposed loan move to the club.
This is according to The Athletic, who state that Jack Butland will likely be securing a dream transfer to Manchester United in the coming days.
With Martin Dubravka being recently recalled by parent club Newcastle United, Erik ten Hag has been looking for a new deputy for David de Gea and has settled on the England International.

The Athletic also reported that Butland so came under consideration last summer before United signed Dubravka during the final days of the summer window.
With The Reds having a busy fixture schedule ahead of them across the next few months, Butland’s services will no doubt be of major use to Ten Hag and his squad.
Jack Butland first rose to prominence as a quality young keeper back in 2012, becoming the youngest keeper to represent England Men’s in August of that year.
His performances then continued to impress while he was at Stoke City. However, his good form dipped once they were relegated in 2018.

Butland is currently serving as a deputy goalkeeper to Vicente Guita at Crystal Palace, and will no doubt be itching to complete his move to Manchester United as soon as he can to challange David de Gea for that No.1 spot.
