Ole Gunnar Solskjær rejects manager job ahead of double Manchester United signing
Ole Gunnar Solskjær has reportedly rejected a job offer as manager of Sevilla, with the club sitting 17th in the La Liga table.
Sevilla have just won three of their fixtures in La Liga this campaign, with the side sitting 17th in the table on 16 points – just one point ahead of the relegation zone.
They have been through three managers already this season and have reportedly had conversations with former Manchester United player and boss Ole Gunnar Solskjær, offering him the job.

According to the Norwegian newspaper Dagbladet, Solskjær has rejected the offer, having also rejected an approach from Sweden in December to become head coach of their men’s national team.
This is not the only Manchester United-related man Sevilla are interested in, with the club also targeting Tunisia international Hannibal Mejbri to bolster their midfield ahead of the second half of the season.
Mejbri is set to sign for Sevilla on a six-month loan deal, with the player due to travel and join the Spanish side after United’s game against Tottenham on Sunday afternoon.
Sevilla are also set to secure the permanent signing of United academy player Mateo Mejia, according to Fabrizio Romano.
Although the transfer itself will be free, United have secured a 25% sell-on clause in the deal, should Sevilla decide to sell the player in the future.
