Manchester United will host Leeds United at Old Trafford on Wednesday evening as Erik ten Hag’s side searches for another three points in the Premier League.
Marcel Sabitzer is in line for his first start after coming off the bench against Crystal Palace on the weekend.
Casemiro is suspended for the fixture and Christian Eriksen is injured until at least late April.
Ten Hag is prepared for a difficult fixture despite the fact that Leeds are without a first-team manager after sacking Jesse Marsch earlier this week.
“Now, it’s possible they change but it’s also possible they don’t change,” said Ten Hag. “We will find out on the pitch and then we need good anticipation on that if they change, and if not, we know what to do.
“Bad anticipation for instance against Villa, the difference for them when Emery came in is they had a week to prepare and now they [Leeds] don’t have so much time to prepare.
“We will see but we need good anticipation and to be proactive.”
Aaron Wan-Bissaka has not been spotted at Old Trafford, meaning that we could see Diogo Dalot return to the side.
Antony is also missing from the squad after Ten Hag confirmed he was out with an injury in his press conference.
Youngsters Kobbie Mainoo and Zidane Iqbal are with the squad and could appear on the bench.
United returned to winning ways in league action last time out and will be hoping to put pressure on Manchester City with a win against The Whites.
Pep Guardiola’s side are second in the Premier League and sit three points above United, a gap that would only be separated on goal difference should Ten Hag’s side extend their winning run on Wednesday evening.
