Manchester United are yet to enter into negotiations with Juventus over outcast winger Jadon Sancho.

Sancho, 23, was exiled from Erik ten Hag’s squad after United’s loss against Arsenal earlier this season following a statement he posted on social media after he was left out of the matchday squad.

The winger is still training away from the first-team as he has not made an apology to the manager and it appears that a January exit is extremely likely for the former Borussia Dortmund star.

Italian club Juventus are one team with a reported interest in the wide man, as well as clubs in Saudi Arabia.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has explained that the Serie A outfit have asked for additional information on a deal for Sancho in recent days, with the player being set to leave in the midseason window.

However, he added that Juventus are only interested in taking him on a loan deal with United paying part of his salary throughout.

Finally, Romano added that no negotiations are going on between the two clubs currently because The Reds prefer to wait and see if any permanent offers come in ahead of the January window.

A permanent exit would make more sense so that United can replace the winger. Strength and depth on the right wing is thin at Old Trafford.

Antony, similarly to Sancho, has yet to show why United paid an extraordinary fee for him, whilst youngster Facundo Pellistri has shown promise but does not yet seem ready to start games for the club.
