Manchester United pre-season tour details confirmed with two Premier League games
Manchester United will be returning to the United States of America for their pre-season tour in 2024.
This is according to The Athletic, who claim that Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, and Manchester City will all be joining Manchester United in their tour of North America.
It is further explained that United will face both Arsenal and Liverpool during their time across the Atlantic but that the tours are not going to be another Premier League Summer Series.

Last summer Chelsea, Brighton, Brentford, Newcastle, Fulham, and Aston Villa all participated in the inaugural event, but this will not be a repeat.
United spent last season on tour in the USA, where they played Arsenal and Real Madrid, among other clubs, and the financial success of the campaign was evident.
United played eight games overall across the 2023 pre-season, where the club then suffered an injury crisis and has since failed to live up to last season’s expectations.
It is not clear yet whether United will visit any other countries in 2024, but after the club also flew to Norway and Ireland last summer, it is anticipated that they will host further games elsewhere, too.
Liverpool will be using the summer to prepare for life without Jugen Klopp after the manager confirmed that he will leave Anfield at the end of the season.
