Manchester United confirm Erik ten Hag XI to face Newcastle (Premier League)
Manchester United travel to St James’ Park to face Newcastle United in the Premier League with Champions League spots in sight.
Manchester United have won five of their last six games in the Premier League and will be looking to continue their good form as Erik ten Hag leads his team against Newcastle.
With the squad’s plane having been cancelled due to poor weather, they travelled on a three-hour coach to St James’ Park and Ten Hag elects to make three changes to the XI that drew 3-3 with Galatasaray on Wednesday evening.

“We are in a good position now in the table, smelling the top four… we have to get there,” he said ahead of the tie. “So you have to win big games. We know [Newcastle] will be highly motivated. We have to do even more.”
