Manchester United blasted for “horrendous” transfer as ex-star lays into Jadon Sancho
Former Manchester United player Louis Saha has laid into Jadon Sancho as the winger leaves for Borussia Dortmund on a six-month loan deal.
Jadon Sancho is returning to the club that made Manchester United pay £73 million for his services in 2021, with the player travelling to complete his medical on Wednesday in a six-month loan to Borussia Dortmund.
Sancho has not played for United since August after Erik ten Hag banished him from all first-team activities at Old Trafford following a spat between the pair that led to Sancho claiming Ten Hag was scapegoating him.

Speaking ahead of the completion of the loan move, which is expected to be confirmed in the next 24-48 hours, ex-United striker Louis Saha has offered his thoughts, ripping into Jadon Sancho for his attitude.
“Jadon Sancho is one of Manchester United ’s biggest transfer failures,” Saha told Paddy Power.
“You can’t have that type of quality sidelined because of his mindset. You can’t leave him out for six months because of that. The only thing that should stop you is injuries.
“We know that he’s good enough, which is why it doesn’t sit right. You can’t be putting yourself in that situation and thinking you’re bigger than the manager. Whatever happens, I don’t back Sancho – which is hard for me as a supporter of United. It’s just horrendous.”
Sancho will spend the remainder of the season wearing Black and Yellow, with Dortmund paying a total package of around £3.5 million for the loan transfer.
