“No guarantee…” – Thoughtful Manchester United target will “only move” if the club is right
A fresh report has revealed a potential stumbling block in INEOS’ pursuit of Michael Olise as a priority Manchester United signing this summer.
Reports from earlier this year cemented Crystal Palace‘s brilliant winger, Michael Olise, as Sir Jim Ratclife‘s No. 1 target during his first summer as co-owner of Manchester United.
Being a 22-year-old exciting talent with Premier League experience puts Olise right at the top of the type of player that INEOS are looking to recruit this summer, but it’s been widely stated that United are not the only club interested in him.

Olise’s brilliance has him on the lists for other Premier League clubs, such as Chelsea and Arsenal, while those on the continent, such as PSG, are also said to be keen.
However, David Ornstein has now detailed the parameters it will take for Olise to sign for a club, explaining that he is certainly one to watch this summer.
“Now that the season is officially over, a player we need to keep an eye on is Michael Olise,” Ornstein said. “Because there is a release clause in his contract, which provides an element of clarity that does not exist with many other leading players.
“It would still be subject to a number of factors, not least the Crystal Palace winger’s preference. The 22-year-old is admired by many of the biggest clubs in the Premier League and Europe — including Chelsea, Manchester United and Newcastle United.”
Speaking further, Ornstein explained a potential stumbling block for United. The decorated journalist explained that Olise will only move if he feels it “is right” for him.
“Michael Olise is said to be a very thoughtful character who will only move if he is certain it is right for him.
“For that reason, there is no guarantee something will materialise, but it is certainly one to watch.”
