Man United keeping “eye” on Real Madrid star and request info from Shakhtar Donetsk

INEOS are continuing their search for their next Manchester United targets this summer as they keep watchful eyes on talents across Europe.

A recent report from Spanish publication Sport has suggested that Manchester United are closely monitoring Rodrygo’s status at Real Madrid.

With Erik ten Hag’s club reportedly open to offers for Antony this summer after the winger has wholely underperformed this season, it makes sense that INEOS and Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s team would be keeping “a watchful eye” on potential replacements.

Although Rodrygo is contracted with Madrid until 2028, there appears to be significant competition for his acquisition. Other Premier League clubs are reportedly showing interest in securing his signature.

The 23-year-old Brazilian has already showcased his prowess with 13 goals in 41 appearances for Madrid this season. Sources indicate that his price tag would exceed £85 million, which is likely higher than INEOS could afford.

Further, it has also been claimed that United are keeping tabs on a 21-year-old Ukraine youth international.

According to Italian journalist Mirko Di Natale, United are among the Premier League clubs seeking information about Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder Heorhiy Sudakov ahead of the upcoming summer transfer window.

Reports suggest that five English clubs, including Arsenal and Manchester City, have expressed interest in learning more about Sudakov. The attacking midfielder is said to have a release clause also exceeding £85 million and has tallied five goals in 24 matches this campaign.
