Manchester United head to war with Juventus for surprise Erik ten Hag replacement
Manchester United are reportedly eyeing up Juventus managerial target Thiago Motta as INEOS assess Erik ten Hag replacements.
Erik ten Hag‘s future at Manchester United remains undecided. INEOS, who are now in control of all sporting activities at Old Trafford, are reportedly assessing their options ahead of the summer window.
This season has not been a fruitful one at the club, with the team out of the Champions League and sitting sixth in the Premier League table. Their only hope for glory lies in the grasp of the FA Cup.

With that in mind, a big question mark has appeared over Erik ten Hag’s future, with many potential managers being put forward as replacements by fans of the team.
United targeting Thiago Motta
The latest rumour, coming from La Repubblica, claims that United have “requested information” about Bolognia boss Thiago Motta as they continue to assess their options.
It is further explained that he is expected to leave the Serie A club at the end of the season for what has been described as a ‘top club’.
Juventus have been interested in the former PSG player for a number of weeks, but United’s monitoring of Motta suggests that the Italian has piqued their interest.
Juventus remain in “pole position” for Motta as an informal agreement has been made, but should INEOS step up their efforts, it cannot be ruled out that he may be persuaded to switch sides.
