Man United involving Jadon Sancho in £80 million swap transfer proposed by Erik ten Hag
Manchester United are looking to involve Jadon Sancho in an £80 million swap deal, according to reports.
Jadon Sancho is set to leave Manchester United as soon as an opening occurs after he fell out with Erik ten Hag after the Dutch manager dropped him from the Arsenal squad due to poor training performances.
Sancho proceeded to release a statement on social media claiming that Ten Hag was ‘scapegoating’ him for the team’s poor performances after United lost 3-1 at the Emirates Stadium, with the player being subsequently banned from all first-team activities.

United are therefore looking to move Sancho on as swiftly as possible, and according to a report from Spain, Erik ten Hag has proposed a swap deal involving the English winger and Barcelona’s Raphinha.
This is according to Sport, who say that Raphinha, who has struggled at Barcelona this season, may leave the Catalan giants. It is said that although the Brazilian would like to stay, Barcelona will listen to all offers for the player, translated by Sport Witness.
With Sancho and Raphinha both moving to their respective clubs in recent seasons and failing to nail down their respective places, the swap deal could provide a fresh start for both players.
Sport explains that a swap deal between the two parties is an “option” that “has appeared”, but that developments must be waited for over the coming weeks.
Barcelona have put an £80 million price tag on Raphinha after signing the player for around £55 million in 2022 from Leeds United.
