Kobbie Mainoo’s transfer value DOUBLES following Man United contract talks
Kobbie Mainoo’s transfer value has doubled following rumours that he will enter into negotiations for a new contract at Manchester United.
Kobbie Mainoo has firmly established himself as one of Erik ten Hag‘s most important players at Manchester United, with the English midfielder forming a stable partnership with Casemiro in 2024.
Mainoo has been a shining light in what has been a poor season at Old Trafford, with the 18-year-old forming a fantastic young trio with Alejandro Garnacho and Rasmus Højlund.

According to the Mirror, talks have commenced between the player and United regarding a contract extension to secure his stay until 2030.
The proposed agreement includes a base salary of approximately £60,000 per week, with the potential for Mainoo to become one of the club’s top earners through a set of activated triggers.
In light of Mainoo’s recent performances, his transfer value has also doubled, according to the CIES Football Observatory.
In January, Mainoo was valued by CIES to have a transfer price of about €10 million. Now, after months of great performances and talks of a new, long-term contreact, this has risen to €20 million.
Of course, the price that Mainoo could actually be sold for is completly unknown, with United wanting to build their squad around him, Garnacho, and Højlund over the coming years.
