Jadon Sancho provides update after Borussia Dortmund boss called out Man United
Jadon Sancho has provided an update on his fitness after Borussia Dortmund’s manager Edin Terzic called out Manchester United for his latest injury.
Sancho, 23, moved to Dortmund in the January transfer window on a six-month loan move after he was exiled from Erik ten Hag’s first-team squad at United.
The winger returned to the Bundesliga with the aim to get his career back on track after an underwhelming spell at Old Trafford.
His start couldn’t have been much better. Sancho assisted good friend Marco Reus in his second debut last month in a 3-0 win against SV Darmstadt.
However, the winger received a setback after he suffered a muscle injury last week, which kept him out of Dortmund’s 0-0 draw against Heidenheim.

“He has not been able to train with the team on both of the last two days because he has felt minor muscular problems in his adductor region, which is not surprising after his long break,” Terzic told Dortmund media last week, suggesting that his United exile contributed to the problem.
“We will not take any major risks and will decide in the coming days whether he comes with us to Heidenheim.”
Sancho has since provided an update on his fitness levels through a post on Instagram.
The 23-year-old reshared an image of himself in training that the German club posted with the caption: “Back on the pitch!”
Dortmund faces up against Freiburg on Friday evening, and Sancho could be in contention to make a return after appearing in training.
Currently, die Schwarzgelben sit fourth in the Bundesliga table and are three points away from VfB Stuttgart in third.
