Jadon Sancho is nearing the completion of a six-month loan deal to Borussia Dortmund as Manchester United enter the final phases of talks.

The short-term saga about Jadon Sancho‘s future looks to be nearing its end as Manchester United come close to completing a deal for a loan deal from Erik ten Hag‘s squad to Borussia Dortmund.

This is according to German transfer expert Christian Falk, who has claimed that the talks between the two clubs are “very concrete”.

Sancho has not played for United since a fixture against Nottingham Forest in August after Ten Hag dropped him due to poor training performances, with the player retaliating on social media, claiming that the Dutch manager was scapegoating him.

Sancho was then banned from all first-team activities at the club and remains so as he has refused to apologise to Ten Hag, which is said to be his only route back into the side.

The aforementioned report also claims that Sancho is keen to rejoin the club he played for between 2017 and 2021, with talks between the two clubs nearing completion. It is said that he is expected to be training with Dortmund by the end of the week.

It is said that Dortmund will pay a loan fee for his services, while United will pay part of his salary – no exact numbers have been mentioned thus far.

Sancho has previously been linked with a move to both Juventus and West Ham.
