Manchester United vs Man City referees CONFIRMED for the FA Cup final
The referee for the FA Cup final between Manchester United and Man City has been confirmed as the two sides meet at Wembley Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
The final game of the domestic season will see Manchester United and Man City go head-to-head at Wembley Stadium in the 2024 FA Cup final.
It is a repeat of last season’s final, in which Pep Guardiola‘s men beat Erik ten Hag‘s team in a 2-1 fixture, but this tie suggests something different about the two teams.

This season, City were taken to the final day by Arsenal in the Premier League title race, while United have been poor but unpredictable.
The two sides have six days to prepare for the crunch match in London, and the FA has now confirmed who will be taking charge of the highly anticipated day.
Confirmed officials
Andrew Madley (pictured below) will referee on Saturday afternoon at Wembley Stadium. Madley has officiated three Manchester United fixtures this season. The first came at Old Trafford against Brentford, where two goals from Scott McTominay handed United a 3-1 win.
The second was a 3-0 win at home against West Ham, with the third being a 3-1 loss away from home against Man City at the Etihad. For City, beyond that March fixture, Madley has refereed two other ties—a 3-1 win over West Ham away from home earlier in the season and a 1-1 draw with Chelsea at home.
Harry Lennard and Nick Hopton will be on the sidelines, acting as Madley’s assistant referees during the game. Simon Hooper has been handed the fourth official job, separating Erik ten Hag and Pep Guardiola on Saturday afternoon.
Michael Oliver has been appointed the role of video assistant referee. Peter Bankes will act as support VAR, and Stuart Burt will act as assistant VAR.
