Confirmed line-ups: Manchester United vs West Ham (FA Cup)
Harry Maguire starts for Manchester United as West Ham visit Old Trafford in the FA Cup fifth round.
The fixture comes just three days after Manchester United lifted the Carabao Cup during a 2-0 victory over Newcastle United, with Casemiro and Marcus Rashford on the score sheet for Erik ten Hag‘s side.
Speaking about his players on Tuesday afternoon, Ten Hag praised their mentality.
“Mentally, they are really ambitious, that is one thing and that gives energy,” he said. “Second, we have the type of players who can handle the load, the physical load.
Of course, the players have to take responsibility for that first. They have to take responsibility for their performance. But I can’t see that [a drop in levels happening]. It’s a trophy but it’s not the end of the season.”
The line-ups for the fixture have been confirmed.
