11 Manchester United squad members vs Crystal Palace confirmed, with one surprise inclusion
Manchester United face Crystal Palace on Saturday night, and 11 squad members have been confirmed for the Premier League clash.
The Reds travel to Selhurst Park to face Crystal Palace on Saturday evening, looking to maintain their recent momentum.
Erik ten Hag’s side recently claimed back-to-back victories, defeating Southampton 3-0 and Barnsley 7-0, after a mixed start to their Premier League campaign.
However, Oliver Glasner’s Crystal Palace will pose a greater challenge. Despite being winless in the league this season, they remain a challenging team.
Last season, United had difficulties against them, including a heavy 4-0 defeat at Selhurst Park towards the end of the campaign.
Man Utd confirmed squad members vs Crystal Palace
Ahead of the game, 11 squad members for the clash have been confirmed by the Manchester Evening News.
Defensively, Tom Heaton, Harry Maguire, Jonny Evans and Lisandro Martínez were spotted heading to the capital.
Meanwhile, Manuel Ugarte was also pictured travelling and will be hoping to make his first Premier League start for his new club.
Casemiro and Christian Eriksen were the other midfielders spotted ahead of the trip to London, while a surprise name in the forward line also travelled.
Rasmus Højlund returned to first-team training this week and has been included in the squad for the Palace trip. He could make his first appearance of the season on Saturday.
Antony, Alejandro Garnacho and Marcus Rashford are also in the squad for the upcoming clash.
It is important to note that this is (obviously) not the full squad. The team will be confirmed at 16:15 BST tomorrow afternoon.
Confirmed squad members, as per MEN: Heaton, Maguire, Evans, Martinez, Ugarte, Casemiro, Eriksen, Antony, Garnacho, Rashford, Hojlund
