Manchester United out of race to sign England star Jude Bellingham

According to Sky Germany, Manchester United are out of the race to sign the highly-rated Jude Bellingham from Borussia Dortmund.
The 19-year-old, who was previously at Birmingham City, received interest from The Reds before he signed for Borussia Dortmund for €25 million in 2020.
Since then, he has emerged as one of the most talented young midfielders in Europe and has raised his profile further during the World Cup.
Bellingham has been one of the key players for Gareth Southgate’s England, scoring in the opening match against Iran and assisting Jordan Henderson’s opener against Senegal in the round-of-16.
Despite their previous interest in the teenage superstar, United have no chance of signing the midfielder and are out of the race for his signature.
Sky Germany also reported that rivals Liverpool and Manchester City are two of the main options for Bellingham, as well as Spanish giants Real Madrid.
It was added that Borussia Dortmund are confident in receiving between £100 million and £150 million for the young star next summer.
United still need to strengthen their depth in the middle of midfield, but also are in need of reinforcements in other positions. After Cristiano Ronaldo’s departure from the club, it’s possible that Ten Hag looks for replacements up front in the January window.
PSV’s Cody Gakpo was close to joining The Reds in the summer but he has previously insisted that he is focusing on the World Cup with the Netherlands before he considers any potential transfer business going forward.
