Ruebn Amorim has one brilliant demand for every Manchester United signing under his tenure amid various transfer rumours.

Ruben Amorim started his tenure as head coach of Manchester United at the beginning of this week.

The new head coach is yet to take training on the grass at Carrington as he awaits Visa approval but he will be eager to get started.

His first game comes against Ipswich Town in the Premier League next weekend, with United currently sitting 13th in the table.

Amorim is expected to change things at United, with a new 3-4-3 system and many believe that he will need to bring new signings in over the next years in order to play his best football.

Sporting players like Viktor Gyökeres and Geovany Quenda have already been linked with Old Trafford moves. Amorim has confirmed that he will not raid his former club in January but did not rule anything out for next summer.

Meanwhile, after going through his first stadium tour at Old Trafford, Amorim now believes that every new signing at United needs to go through the same process, to learn the importance behind the history of the club.

“It’s different. Like you said, you go inside Carrington, you feel it. But when you come here, it’s so different. You see the trophies, you see the tragedy that we have as a club. The history,” he said.

“So you can understand the history, after the crash, then we were European champions. This kind of strength, I think it is important to put in our team.

“When the players come here, they should make the same tour with the same guy all the time. I think this is very important to do.

“It is one thing that you have to feel that this is Manchester United and it’s normal if you are a lot of years without winning, you start losing that. So you have to be very clear on the message that you want to put on the players.

“So I think we need to put all the players doing the same thing, to regain that feeling.”

It is a brilliant idea from Amorim, who has talked the talk extremely well since taking the job. Now people are eager to see what he can do to help the team on the pitch.
