Rasmus Hojlund’s personal trainer drops transfer hint amid Man United developments

Rasmus Hojlund’s personal trainer has dropped a hint about the Atalanta striker’s future amid talks with Manchester United.
One of Erik ten Hag’s biggest concerns last season was the lack of a number nine.
Cristiano Ronaldo left the club in November and the Dutchman was only able to replace him with loanee Wout Weghorst, whilst Anthony Martial‘s injury concerns continued across the entire campaign.
That has led to a striker being a priority this summer.
Harry Kane was the number one option but Spurs chairman Daniel Levy is making that transfer a non-starter.
This has led to serious developments in regards to the Danish forward Rasmus Hojlund, who is just 20-years-old.
United have held talks with his club Atalanta, according to multiple reports, and personal terms are not believed to be an issue. Alfredo Pedulla has stated that United will move onto the transfer after they secure the signing of Andre Onana.
It’s no secret that Hojlund is a United fan and during this international break, like many footballers, he is keeping sharp whilst working with a personal trainer.
And it was a story from his trainer on Instagram which has suggested that a summer move is on the horizon for the young star.
In a video that showed Hojlund doing a training drill, the caption read: “We ready for what’s next,” with a shushing emoji to accompany.

Hojlund scored nine Serie A goals last term, which is somewhat of a concern for United who many believe need a 20+ goal striker in their ranks alongside Marcus Rashford.
However, Hojlund brings solid ability right now and the prospect for major improvement as one of the most talented young number nines across the continent.
