Manchester United vs Derby County/West Ham (FA Cup): When, Where, Previous meetings?

Manchester United have drawn Derby County/West Ham in the FA Cup fifth round as Erik ten Hag’s quest for a trophy continues.

Manchester United‘s path in the FA Cup so far has seen them play at home twice, with Erik ten Hag’s men defeating Everton 3-1 in the third round before another 3-1 victory, again at Old Trafford, against Reading in round four.

Derby County and West Ham United will play on Monday evening in the FA Cup fourth round.

When will the fixture be played?

The FA Cup fifth round fixtures are due to commence on the week starting Monday 27 February, although the exact kick-off times for the set of fixtures is yet to be confirmed.

The fixture will fall just after the Carabao Cup final, in which Manchester United are likely to feature, depending on Wednesday’s result in the second leg of their semi-final against Nottingham Forest – with United having a 3-0 advantage from the first leg away from home.

Where will the fixture be played?

As Manchester United were drawn out of the hat first, the fixture will be held at Old Trafford, just like the aforementioned Everton and Reading fixtures in rounds three and four of the competition.

When did the two sides last meet?

Manchester United last met West Ham United on 30 October 2022, with Marcus Rashford scoring the only goal in a 1-0 win.

They last played Derby County in March 2022, with United running out as 3- visitors in the FA Cup third round.

Any other notable draws?

Yes. Manchester City will visit Bristol City, while Leeds United will take on either Fulham or Sunderland. Leicester City will welcome either Blackburn Rovers or Birmingham City.
