Scott McTominay is predicted to start in place of the suspended Casemiro when Manchester United visit the Emirates Stadium to face Arsenal on Sunday.

It seems unlikely that Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag will make any changes to his goalkeeper and back four on Sunday. David de Gea made some exceptional saves in United’s most recent game against Crystal Palace.

Raphael Varane and Lisandro Martinez never really looked phased in the game. Luke Shaw played in his favoured position at left-back, and Aaron Wan-Bissaka was once again impressive on the opposite side.

With Casemiro suspended, Scott McTominay may well return to the starting eleven for United’s second trip to London in five days. Fred is another player who could start at the Emirates, with Ten Hag potentially opting for a change in formation, or personnel out wide.

Christian Eriksen seems likely to start, as does Bruno Fernandes, who could be moved to the right-hand side, where he started against Manchester City.

Marcus Rashford is another player who seems certain to start, and he has been in exceptional form of late. He will be crucial against the Gunners.

There are still question marks over Anthony Martial’s fitness, and if he is not fit, Wout Weghorst, Antony, and Alejandro Garnacho are all options Ten Hag has in the front three.
