Manchester United players react to Champions League group stage draw
Manchester United players have reacted to the news that they will face Bayern Munich, FC Copenhagen, and Galatasaray in the Champions League group stages.
Manchester United’s squad will embark on their first Champions League campaign under Erik ten Hag, with the competition set to kick off in September.
Thursday’s group stage draw has seen The Reds drawn against Bayern Munich, FC Copenhagen, and Galatasaray in Group A, with the opening fixture for United set to take place on 19/20 September.

In light of the news, several United players have reacted to the draw.
Marcus Rashford, for one, certainly seems excited, declaring that he is ready to “make more memories” in the competition this coming season.
But he was not the only one. Antony, who has played in the competition previously with AFC Ajax has sent a strong message ahead of the campaign.
“We are ready!!” He posted on his Instagram story. “May we have a great performance and advance into the next round!!!”
Finally, there are eyes on Rasmus Højlund, who will face his former club in the group stages. Højlund first learned his trade as a youth striker at FC Copenhagen and will return to Telia Parken once again.
