Manchester United make sneaky kit change no one has noticed
Manchester United have made a sneaky change to their 2024/25 home and away kits as Erik ten Hag’s men continue their pre-season tour.
Manchester United has completed three pre-season fixtures in the summer of 2024. They lost 1-0 to Rosenborg but rebounded with a 2-0 win over Rangers in Scotland, with goals from Amad Diallo and Joe Hugill.
New signing Leny Yoro made his unofficial debut against Rangers following his £52 million transfer from Lille. In their first USA fixture, United faced Arsenal and lost 2-1. However, they won the pre-organised penalty shootout 4-3.

Next, United will play Real Betis at 03:00 BST on Tuesday, 1 August, at the Snapdragon Stadium in San Diego. The pre-season tour will conclude with a final match in Columbia, South Carolina, at 00:45 BST on Sunday, 4 August.
Across the first three games, United played in their new home kit twice and also debuted their away kit, which has been very popular among fans. The blue, collared kit was on display against Arsenal, but there’s a small detail on both kits that many fans are yet to pick up.
United have a new sponsor, Snapdragon, following the termination of their five-year contract with TeamViewer. The Snapdragon logo, along with their name, has been on proud display on the front of the shirts.
However, what many have missed is that the Snapdragon logo is now also on the back of the shirt, resting above every player’s name.
Although it is yet another additional sponsorship on the shirt following the DXC sponsorship on the sleeves, the logo above the name is pretty neatly done, even to the point where it has gone fairly unnoticed by many fans.
The little change was not seen during United’s first two friendlies as the players did not have their names on the back of their shirts, but it was on display against Arsenal as the names had returned.
Manchester United’s and Snapdragon’s contract is said to be a three-year deal worth $225 million (£175 million).
