Manchester United confirm USA travelling squad as Erik ten Hag eyes Arsenal, Liverpool fixtures
Manchester United have confirmed their travelling squad to the USA as new signing Leny Yoro jets off with Erik ten Hag’s team.
Manchester United have already completed two of their pre-season fixtures in 2024. The club faced a 1-0 loss against Rosenborg before putting in a much-improved performance against Rangers.
In Scotland, the team won 2-0 thanks to high-quality goals from Amad Diallo and Joe Hugill. New signing Leny Yoro also made his unofficial debut for the club following his £52 million signing from Lille.

Next, the club will play three further fixtures in the USA, including two high-profile ties against Premier League rivals Arsenal and Liverpool.
First, United will play against Arsenal in Los Angeles in the early hours of Sunday morning. The tie will kick off at 01:00 BST on Sunday, 28 July, for those in the United Kingdom.
Next, a 03:00 BST kick-off fixture against Real Betis will be held at the Snapdragon Stadium in San Diego on Tuesday, 1 August, before a final game at 00:45 BST in Columbia, South Carolina, on Sunday, 4 August, wraps up their 2024 pre-season tour.
They will face Manchester City at Wembley Stadium on Saturday, 10 August, at 15:00 BST as part of the 2024 Community Shield before kicking off the 2024/25 Premier League campaign with an Old Trafford clash against Fulham on Friday, 16 August.

Manchester United confirmed that Tyrell Malacia is “absent from the squad as he continues his rehabilitation from injury under the guidance of medical staff at Carrington.”
