Manchester United have reportedly set an asking price for Brazillian winger Antony as two Premier League clubs circle for his signature.

Manchester United are already preparing for the 2025 January and summer transfer windows as Sir Jim Ratcliffe‘s leadership team continue their rebuild.

The club’s overall goal is to win the 2028 Premier League title, but in the meantime, they are looking to completely overhaul the squad under Erik ten Hag‘s guise at Old Trafford.

Fourteen players departed last summer through sales, loans, or release from their contracts, while five first-team signings were made.

This was also complemented by a host of new Academy signings who are set to become integrated into the first-team squad over the next few seasons as the INEOS plan develops.

Antony’s asking price

Meanwhile, there have been reports that the club will look to offload Brazillian winger Antony in the coming months, just over two years after he signed for the club for an £86 million fee from Ajax.

According to the Daily Mail, United are open to loaning the winger out in January as he is far below Marcus Rashford, Alejandro Garnacho, and Amad Diallo in the pecking order.

Further, it is said that they would be open to receiving a fee of around £40 million for the out-of-form player, meaning an overall loss of at least £45 million in just over two years.

Two Premier League sides interested

What remains to be seen is who would be willing to sign the player who has contributed just 12 goals and five assists to United in 86 appearances.

According to reports on Monday, two Premier League sides have the 24-year-old on their radar.

Newcastle United and Crystal Palace are looking to add to their attacking ranks in the next few months. They are said to be monitoring the Brazilian’s situation as it develops at Old Trafford.
