Manchester United confirm Rúben Amorim XI vs FCSB as Toby Collyer starts (Europa League)
Manchester United have confirmed that Rúben Amorim is starting Toby Collyer as they line up to face FCSB in the Europa League on Thursday evening.
Manchester United travel to Romania on Thursday evening for their final Europa League fixture of the league stage against FCSB.
After a sluggish start with three consecutive draws, United have since hit their stride, winning four matches in a row. This resurgence has seen them climb from 21st to 4th in the standings, with Rúben Amorim looking to make the competition his first piece of silverware at the club.
United’s most recent European win came against Rangers, which they followed up with a 1-0 victory over Fulham in the Premier League. Having won four of their six matches in 2025, they carry strong momentum into this clash, but FCSB will be no easy opponent.
The Romanian side currently sit 8th in the table and must win to secure automatic progression to the knockout rounds.
Meanwhile, teams finishing between 9th and 24th will enter a two-legged play-off to advance, while the bottom eight will be eliminated from the competition.
The XIs have been confirmed below, with Amorim starting Toby Collyer as part of the midfield.
Manchester United’s line-up
