Manchester United confirm Rúben Amorim XI vs Bodo/Glimt as Tyrell Malacia starts
Manchester United have confirmed the XI Rúben Amorim has chosen to face Bodo/Glimt as he embarks on his first Old Trafford fixture as the club’s new head coach.
Rúben Amorim will lead Manchester United for the second time on Thursday evening, following a 1-1 draw with Ipswich Town in his first match as head coach.
The Europa League tie against Bodo/Glimt will be Amorim’s first game at Old Trafford since taking over earlier this month.
United currently find themselves 15th in the Europa League standings, three points off the top eight spots that guarantee automatic qualification to the next round.
With one win and three draws in the competition so far, United must deliver strong performances in their remaining four group games to avoid the play-off round and keep their knockout-stage hopes alive.
United’s XI that Amorim has chosen to select for the Europa League encounter has been confirmed.
