Manchester United have confirmed that Rúben Amorim has chosen to reinstate Amad as Crystal Palace travel to Old Trafford on Sunday afternoon.

Manchester United return to Premier League action on Sunday afternoon as they welcome Crystal Palace to Old Trafford.

Rúben Amorim’s side have won five of their seven matches in 2025, including three on the bounce, and return home after a 2-0 victory away to FCSB, with Diogo Dalot and Kobbie Mainoo both on target.

United sit 12th in the table ahead of game week 24, two points clear of Palace, and Amorim will be keen to see his team maintain their recent momentum.

Old Trafford has not been the fortress United would hope for this season, with several key league defeats on home soil. However, with their form improving in 2025, they will look to put that right and secure another win on Sunday.

The XIs have been confirmed below, with Amorim reinstating Amad in the attack, although with Mainoo and Alejandro Garnacho in the starting XI too, there is on recognised centre-forward.

Manchester United’s line-up

Starting XI: Onana, Mazraoui, Maguire, Martínez, Yoro, Dalot, Ugarte, Fernandes, Mainoo, Garnacho, Amad.

Subs: Bayındır, Harrison, De Ligt, Lindelöf, Casemiro, Collyer, Eriksen, Højlund, Zirkzee.
