Manchester United will travel to Glasglow to face Rangers this weekend for their second pre-season friendly this summer.

The Reds opened their pre-season account with a defeat against Norwegian side Rosenborg, with a youthful side conceding a last-second goal.

Radek Vitek was the standout performer for Erik ten Hag’s side, with several key saves throughout the contest.

Playing against a team who are 14 games into their league season was a good workout for the returning Reds, and their attention now turns to the next test against Rangers.

The full details of how to watch the upcoming clash have been detailed below.

Kick-off times and venue

This is the final pre-season game before United travel to the United States, and so it is the final game with a reasonable kick-off time for those in the United Kingdom.

The Reds will travel to Scotland but will not be playing at Rangers’ home ground, the Ibrox Stadium. Instead, the game will take place at the Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh. The clash will take place at 16:00 BST on Saturday, 20 July.

TV Channel

The game will be broadcast live on MUTV, as well as on the Manchester United website and app. Full match replays and highlights will be available shortly after the game.

The UtdDistrict X account will cover the fixture, providing quotes from Ten Hag and the players before and after the match.

Returning players

Marcus Rashford, Casemiro and Mason Mount were some of the only first-team regulars who took part in the game against Rosenborg on Monday.

The likes of Amad Diallo, Harry Maguire, Jadon Sancho, André Onana, Victor Lindelöf and Antony remained at Carrington to continue their individual programmes.

A number of those will be available to face Rangers, as well as new signing Leny Yoro. Sancho will be in contention to make his first appearance for the club since last August.
