Harry Maguire has taken to Instagram to share two new updates, after the Manchester United star suffered an injury worry against Tottenham Hotspur.
Manchester United have been on an improved run of form of late, with Ruben Amorim’s side currently unbeaten during their last five Premier League fixtures.
The Reds latest league instalment saw them travel to London to take on Thomas Frank’s Tottenham Hotspur side, in which a late Matthijs De Ligt header secured a 2-2 draw.
Despite the Dutchman saving United from the jaws of defeat, there were still some concerns regarding the fitness of a few of the Red Devils stars.
All of Harry Maguire, Casemiro and Benjamin Šeško were withdrawn with injury concerns during the second half, with it being suspected that Maguire had picked up a hamstring problem.
Maguire’s new update
Just shy of a week after he limped off against Spurs, the English centre-back has taken to Instagram to provide a new update to his 5.5 million followers.
Maguire sent two messages, with the first one being a photo at United’s training complex that was captioned, “Quiet morning at Carrington”.
His second post saw the United star posing alongside United coach Mike Clegg, which also featured the caption, “Bike done”, which was accompanied by green tick and bicep emojis.
The 32-year-old was not included in the England squad for the November round of World Cup qualifiers, which has instead allowed him two weeks to work on his fitness ahead of the return of the Premier League.
United need to capitalise
With a nice run of fixtures coming up for the Reds, it is important for them that they continue their fine form ahead of the Christmas period if they want to climb into the top four.
Especially considering that Amorim’s squad will be weakened during the Africa Cup of Nations period, scoring points beforehand will be crucial.

If United are to capitalise on this run of fixtures, they will benefit massively from having a fully fit squad, so they will be hopeful that their three stars can all make full recoveries as soon as possible.
Despite the boost regarding Maguire’s current condition, fans of the Red Devils will still face an anxious wait to see if he will be able to feature against Everton on November 24.
