Full Manchester United training squad ahead of Bayern Munich clash with three players missing
Manchester United held an open training session on Monday before their Champions League clash against Bayern Munich at Old Trafford.
Manchester United are preparing to take on Bayern Munich in the final game of the Champions League group stage, with their exit from the competition likely.
In order to qualify for the knockout stages of the competition, Erik ten Hag‘s men must defeat Bayern Munich at Old Trafford while hoping the other fixture in the group, FC Copenhagen vs Galatasaray, ends in a draw – any other scenario will see them crash out.

If they finish third in the group, they will enter the Europa League knockout stages instead, while finishing last, which is where they currently sit, would see them out of Europe entirely.
United faced Bayern during matchday 1 of the group, where they lost 4-3 away in Munich. Ten Hag spoke to the press about his reflections on the first leg on Monday afternoon.
“There were stages in the game when we played very good. It was head-to-head in that game for a long time in the game,” he said.
“We also suffered some mistakes which were absolutely avoidable. But that is one thing you show when you play against Bayern Munich, you have to play your best because they have a good team. They have very good football players.”
Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial both missed training on Monday afternoon due to illness and although Lisandro Martínez took part in the first section of trailning, he then left the group. Victor Lindelöf returned to the squad.
