Manchester United’s Under-21s continue with their own pre-season ahead of the new campaign and won their latest encounter against Fleetwood.
Ruben Amorim and the Manchester United first-team are in the United States as they take part in the Premier League Summer Series for their pre-season.
After drawing 0-0 with Leeds and winning 2-1 against West Ham, the Reds have games against Bournemouth, Everton and Fiorentina before the season begins.
Similar preparations are taking place with the youth sides, as the Under-18s and Under-21s both prepare for important seasons in their respective divisions.

United U21s win vs Fleetwood in behind-closed-doors friendly
United’s youngsters had a stern test and came out as 1-0 victors, with Ethan Ennis scoring the only goal of the game 10 minutes into the second half.
Sources told UtdDistrict that United’s team included Harry Amass. Reports elsewhere have explained that the defender is set to leave on loan this summer.
Other players involved included Jaydan Kamason, Jayce Fitzgerald and Gabriele Biancheri. Finley McAllister also played after ending last season injured and a trialist was between the sticks.

United U21s fixtures for beginning of season
United’s U21s side will soon have a friendly which fans can attend, with a pre-season friendly against Rochdale arranged for Saturday 2 August, kicking off at 15:00 BST.
It has been confirmed that tickets will be priced at £10 for adults and £5 for concessions (over 65s and under 22s) at the Crown Oil Arena.
The young Redsalso will begin their National League Cup campaign with an away match against Tamworth on Wednesday 13 August, kicking off at 19:45 BST at The Lamb Ground.
Travis Binnion’s side, competing in Group A, will also take on Morecambe, Rochdale, and Solihull Moors, with the Rochdale fixture provisionally set for 21 October.
