Erik ten Hag explains next trait Marcus Rashford must develop to continue his Manchester United form
Marcus Rashford has been a man on fire of late, scoring a goal in each of his last four fixtures.
Marcus Rashford has scored 12 goals so far this season for Manchester United, and assisted another four. He is the club’s current top scorer, and looks to be hitting the form of his life under Erik ten Hag.
The Dutch manager himself has been openly impressed with Rashford’s brilliant form this season, and has in particular praised his ability to change the game in an instant.

“It doesn’t matter if (he is) in the game or not, keep focusing on scoring the goal,” he said. “I think a player like Marcus, and (Anthony) Martial, they always have the skills in one moment to change the game.”
However, one part of Rashford’s game that Ten Hag would like to see him develop is his ability to keep focused when it’s needed the most or if a fixture is not going his way.
Ten Hag has also addressed the club’s policy in the current winter transfer window, saying: “We always have to look for that (new signings). We have to push the players and we also have to push the organisation. You have to be ready.”

“When there are opportunities at the top (to bring in new players) you have to be ready for that. My main focus is to improve the team.”
