Manchester United have made their final decision on the future of Jadon Sancho after the player was banished from Erik ten Hag’s squad.

Jadon Sancho has been banished from Erik ten Hag‘s Manchester United team since the beginning of September after the winger claimed that the Dutch manager was lying about his absence from the team.

Ten Hag claimed earlier in the season that he had left Sancho out of the squad to face Arsenal as his training levels were not up to scratch, but Sancho retaliated, releasing a statement online that he was being “scapegoated” for the team’s poor performances.

The manager demanded an apology from Sancho, but with no such apology forthcoming, he was banned from all first-team activities and has since been training with the U18s, with United keen to move the player on.

And now, according to Italian outlet Tuttosport, Juventus have finally made contact about the situation of the English winger long after their interest was originally reported.

According to the report, Sancho is still among Juventus’ targets, and the Italian outfit have now contacted United to gauge how a deal could be made for the player.

It is said that United responded to Juventus by explaining that they want Sancho out of the club and are even willing to pay part of his salary, which is in excess of £250,000 a week, in order to secure him a loan for the remainder of the campaign.

A January loan deal may best benefit all parties involved as it allows Sancho time to play in a European top 5 league, while United look for permanent suitors at an acceptable price.

Previous reports have claimed that United want up to £50 million for the 23-year-old, and his old club Borussia Dortmund have also registered interest.
