Erik ten Hag will be speaking to the media on Tuesday ahead of Manchester United’s Premier League fixture against Leeds United at Old Trafford.

United will face their rivals following the dismissal of Jesse Marsch on Monday afternoon. The visitors will have a trio including ex-United assistant manager Chris Armas taking charge of the fixture.

It will be the first of three games that The Reds will be without Casemiro, who was sent off against Crystal Palace on Saturday.

Ten Hag was vocal in his thoughts on the decision and the ‘inconsistency’ of the video technology used in the Premier League.

It’s likely that the manager is asked further about that topic as well as the impact that Casemiro’s absence will have. United lost to Arsenal the last game the Brazilian was unavailable for.

Another possible question that Ten Hag faces in his presser is the likely first start for Marcel Sabitzer. The new midfielder appeared from the bench against Palace after Casemiro was sent off and helped United see out the win.

The Dutchman could also be asked about the historical rivalry between the two clubs, with it being his first bout against The Whites.

Diogo Dalot’s fitness will also be a topic of concern after he made the matchday squad on the weekend. The potential for him to start the game would be positive as Aaron Wan-Bissaka could do with some rest after taking the position from the Portuguese since he fell to injury.
