Roy Keane has listed the ten players he thinks Manchester United should sell and a further five who are on their “last straws” at Old Trafford.

Every season, it feels like the same conversations are had about which players in the Manchester United squad should be sold, who should stay, and who are on their final chances.

Under Erik ten Hag, the club have brought in ten players on a permanent basis and a further five on loan deals, but United legend Roy Keane believes there are still many players in the United squad who should be ejected from Old Trafford.

Appearing on the latest episode of the Stick To Football podcast, Keane was listed every first-team member at the club, with the former captain tasked with deciding if United should keep or ditch each player or state if they were on their “last straw”.

Gary Neville read out the players, while Jamie Carragher and Ian Wright were also asked for their respective opinions, too.

“I’m not sure about Marcus [Rashford],” Keane said. “The whole package – personality, his mood swings. He’s a talented player, but if you’re not going to work hard, and he’s having these dips every now and again, there’s all this talk about his confidence, off the field stuff. Just turn up every week and do the business.

“Marcus is 26. When’s the penny going to drop for him?”

While going through the list, Kean picked out Victor Lindelöf, Harry Maguire, Raphaël Varane, Diogo Dalot, Jonny Evans, Sofyan Amrabat, Christian Eriksen, Antony, Anthony Martial, and Jadon Sancho as the ten players who the club should look to move on.

Further to this, Keane said Andre Onana, Luke Shaw, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, and Scott McTominay were all on their “last straw”, and so is manager Ten Hag.
