Predicted Manchester United XI to face Athletic Club (pre-season)
Manchester United will round off their eight-game pre-season tour with a fixture against Spanish side Athletic Club in Dublin on Sunday afternoon.
Erik ten Hag‘s squad have played seven pre-season games so far across four countries, with Manchester United playing Leeds in Norway, Lyon in Scotland, Arsenal, Wrexham, Real Madrid, and Borussia Dortmund in the USA, and Lens at Old Trafford.
Athletic Club and United will clash at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin, Ireland, with the team expected to be a complete change from the side that beat Lens 3-1 on Saturday afternoon.

In goal will almost certainly be Tom Heaton, who is likely to be André Onana’s backup option for the coming season.
At right-back, with Diogo Dalot playing 90 minutes on Saturday, Aaron Wan-Bisska will start. In front of Heaton could be central-defending pair Harry Maguire and Victor Lindelof, with Alvaro Fernandez starting at left-back.
In midfield, Scott McTominay, who is being linked with a move away, will probably start at the base of the three, with Christian Eriksen and Donny van de Beek starting as the furthest forward midfielder.
The attack could see the return of Anthony Martial up front, who rejoined first-team training recently after spending a significant amount of the pre-season tour training by himself due to injury.
Sancho, although appearing for 20 minutes on Saturday, could find himself starting in Dublin, with Facundo Pellistri rounding of the XI on the right-hand side.
Full predicted XI:
Heaton; Wan-Bissaka, Maguire, Lindelof, Fernandez; McTominay, Eriksen, Van de Beek; Pellistri, Martial, Sancho.
