Player Ratings: Tottenham Hotspur 1-0 Manchester United (Premier League)

Manchester United lost 1-0 in their Premier League clash against Tottenham Hotspur in North London.
It is no surprise that these are two of the most underperforming teams in the Premier League but Spurs have taken advantage of poor United defending to open the scoring.
Meanwhile, when Ruben Amorim’s side were wasteful and unable to score against a Spurs side known for leaking goals at the back.
Amorim was cowardly and only made one substitute in the game, giving Chido Obi his debut in the 90th minute.
Ratings can be read below.
United player ratings vs Spurs
André Onana – 3/10
Poor parry into a dangerous area for the goal and some awful distribution.
Noussair Mazraoui – 5/10
OK.
Harry Maguire – 5/10
OK.
Matthijs de Ligt – 5/10
Needed to be aware of Maddison for the goal, he completely lost him.
Diogo Dalot – 4/10
Terrible display.
Casemiro – 4/10
Very poor in midfield.
Bruno Fernandes – 5/10
Put the ball on an absolute plate for Garnacho in the first half but didn’t look comfortable in the deeper role.
Patrick Dorgu – 7/10
One of the only players who can hold their head high. Great energy and quality when he got the ball. Somehow ignored so many times on the overlap or underlap.
Joshua Zirkzee – 7.5/10
United’s best player on the night and one of the only ones who looked like they could bring some quality to the game.
Alejandro Garnacho – 3/10
Missed the best chance of the game, was very wasteful and didn’t play a single overlapping pass to Dorgu throughout the match. Very poor.
Rasmus Højlund – 6/10
Better than he has been recently, but still not good enough.
Substitutes
Chido Obi – N/A
